Photos of Michael Savage's Bible
Posted on 09/14/2007 1:10:11 PM PDT by fishtank
As some of you all know, Michael Savage will be off the air due to surgery for about a week.
He is probably going to be having substitutes and 'best of' shows while he is out.
Last night on his show, he was quite reflective about eternal issues and was reading his Bible.
He posted some photos of his Bible on his site, and I'm placing two of them here.

I’m tempted to say that Savage’s Bible is as transparent as he is.
But I won’t.

Does that mean that he wasn’t yelling and screaming?
I agree with what Savage has to say, I just can’t stand his method of delivery of his thoughts.

Why was he so concerned about babes ruling over them, and women are their masters? Is he afriad of Hillary? He marked that twice, and underlined the passage. There are plenty of things I underline, but that isn’t one of them. Hmmm
To: shineon
Tanach actually means torah which is the first five books of the Bible...
Genesis
Exodus
Leviticus
Numbers
Deuteronomy

>Savage never reads (rarely) from the new testament.<
I believe that is a Jewish Bible. Michael Savage is Jewish. Hopefully one day he will be a Messianic Jew, and will read from the new testament.
But I often read from the old testament. I particularly love the Psalms, and Isaah, Proverbs. I am not Jewish, but I respect the Jewish religion. My Lord and Savior is a Jew. His name is Jesus.

The JW bible is called the New World translation. It’s horrible. A word for word translation instead of trying to translate meaning and expression.

Uh, yes I knew his name is Weiner. Not necessary to
be insulting. However Mr. Savage never clarifys his
Jewishness. So when the man says he reads from the “bible”
what do you expect?
Unlike Medeved or Praeger Savage feels it necessary to
hide his rooots. Besides, the Jewish law does nor apply to the Gentile.
So in essence Savage reads to himself.
