The system by which these visa applicants are screened is broken. The visa program needs to be shut off until it gets fixed.

It was previously reported that they told investigators they were going to North Carolina for vacation.

I wonder if that is still the story since getting from Tampa to anywhere in NC wouldn't normally include being on that road.

The realist in me says you are right.

The smaller portion of me (the cock-eyed optimist) hopes that
these sort of pukes are being admitted into the USA BECAUSE of
their terrorist profile...and are tracked by an army of Jack
(and Jacqueline) Bauers from the moment they touch down in the USA.

With hopes of finding their "contacts" in the USA, and arresting
them as soon as they appear to be ready to do anything dangerous.

And, IF necessary...
hopefully sending them to nice places like the dungeons of
the Egyptian security interrogators for a nice little "sit-down".

(I loved how in that ABC mini-series based around 9-11 how the
red-headed Islamic that participated in the first WTC attack
about peed his pants when our FBI guys tried to motivate him
to talk by saying they could send him back to the Egyptian authorities.)
