While claiming radicals represent democracy, Hillary makes no bones about the connection between Alinskys successes and machine politics. Speaking of Alinskys signature community organizing effort in The Back of The Yards, a run-down Chicago neighborhood, Hillary explains: much of the communitys influence is traceable not to its burning passion but to its most illustrious resident, Mayor Richard J. Daley. Mayor Daileys assumption of political power in the early 1950s curiously parallels the Councils growth in power. Many of the mayors staff are also residents and share the mayors loyalty to the neighborhood. (P 21-22)
I hate to say it but most of the above paragraph is wrong. In fact -- it's made up bu!!sh*t. How do I know, I lived and grew up there.
For the record Mayor Daley lived in Bridgeport (and his 'people'), not 'The Back of The Yards' (or 'New City'). And trust me there's a HUGH difference.
An aside: I never heard a word from my family of this commie Saul Alinsky. Not until Hillary became 'famous'. And believe me I would have - we HATED Commies (and I STILL DO). Joe Meegan ran the Back of The Yards and its Council.
(and I take exception to the 'run down' comment.)
Great article. Proves that Hillary is just another communist (I don’t buy the article’s BS about Alinsky not being a commie—his ends are the same—only the methods differ).
Mighty interesting - thank you!!!!!
Thanks for posting the article.
“Hillarys life work has been to acquire and use Federal Power to polarize Americans and through conflict create the new man. A Hillary Presidency could be the last chance for her aging generation of campus radicals to remake America in their own image.”
And a good example of similar hopes by her communist friends is in today’s NYT (although the link is to the IHT).

“Representative Barney Frank, Democrat of Massachusetts and chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, said the ‘silver lining’ of the implosion in mortgage lending was that it had demolished the reflexive opposition to regulation [of the mortgage finance industry] of almost any kind.
“’Anyone opposing more regulation can no longer say, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,”’ Frank told reporters last week.”
Of course, the media likes to portray Frank as a clever Democrat who seriously takes into consideration moderate views on the economy. Once he gets a chance, he shows his true colors.
Bill does something tawdry just before the 2008 election that Hillary believes is the cause of her landslide defeat, enraging her to the point of bouncing an ashtray off his head on election night as the rout becomes obvious, mortally wounding him. He succumbs to his injury within a few days and while she is sitting at his bedside holding his hand and pretending to be grief-stricken. PIAPS hires Alan Dershowitz to defend her at the trial for manslaughter and bounces a law book off his head while screaming “You f***ing Jew bastard" even as his insanity defense is successful, because rather than being set free (as her limited understanding of the law had her foreseeing quick release as a short-term outpatient) she is to be incarcerated in an asylum for the criminally insane. She spends the next forty years of her exceptionally long life trying to gain her release from said asylum.
Well, we all have our dreams, don't we?
The fact that she picked the leftist crank Alinsky as her hero certainly says something.
By the way, what kind of self-absorbed nerd writes a 92 page thesis?
Alinsky claims a position of moral relativism, but his moral context is stabilized by a belief in the eventual manifestation of the goodness of man. “
Doesn’t that sound like every leftist you’ve ever met?
