Mitt’s religion didn’t affect his pro-abortion beliefs, why would it impact the constitutional views? He has a history of switching positions to suit the next election. He’s a great speaker, but I don’t trust his positions.
The real question is not what Mitt believes, but what Mitt says and does.
I discussed the issue of gun control with him personally, while his Praetorian guard stood by.
It was right after the Ma assault weapons ban he signed.
Only the police should have guns, he sneered.
I'll bet you'd write a great speach..... 8~)

How true. The generation that grew up when Bill said "it wasn't sex" is having sex at a much earlier age and with far more partners.
i don’t understand the need for thousands-long moron threads.
president bush holds an evangelical faith and we
did not have thousands-long threads on his religion in 2000 or 2004.
I’m pinging some LDS FReeper to keep this going and expound on other references I missed, since I won’t be online much for the next week or so.
To answer your question, these are revelations given to Joseph Smith and other church leaders, and are part of the Doctrine and Covenants, part of the Church canon which include the Bible and Book of Mormon.
Cheers.
