"Sounds like you need a Bacon Sandwich."

Now ya went and did it. I just got through cleaning up the drool caused by the thought of a pork chop(and sauerkraut) sandwich.

Big deal, it’s his store, he can do what he wants, as long as he’s not violating his franchise agreement. Me, I’d vte with my feet and never go near the place. There’s a DD on pretty much every street corner. My town has 5 of the things.

When will cabbies start refusing to take old ladies home in their cabs from the super market because there’s pork products in their bags?

It pisses me off when I get a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich from a cart in Manhattan, and find they’ve given me some kind of turkey crap sausage. Same with bacon — they substitute crap for the pork.

I wonder if there is a market for “pork packets” that can be carried in the pocket until needed to anoint a muzzie cart in retribution for pawning off turkey cum products at real pork.

Dunkin' Donuts also sells breakfast sandwiches, including the Supreme Omelet, which comes with ham, bacon or sausage:

America runs on Dunkin Donuts

Sounds about right. Those bricks they call doughnuts would do well as car tires.....

As for this guy, if he doesn't like what the franchise offers sell it. No one is forcing him to keep it.

Forget congress, Dunkin Donuts will weigh in

If I remember correctly from earlier news coverage, Dunkin Donuts has allowed other franchisees to not serve pork - and not for religious reasons, either.

I think Orthodox Jews might have this same problem; but you didn’t see them demanding that nobody else eat pork or change the way they live.

Exactly. You don't see Christians buying Head Chopping franchises and then refusing to cut off heads. How would the muzzies feel if I went to their little corner of the world, bought a Goat franchise, but then decided that I wasn't going to allow them to sex up my goats?

Then it would be a non-issue.

the original? doughnuts deep fried in pork fat?

A little lard in the cooking oil gives 'em that golden glow.

But that is the problem. He is violating his franchise agreement. I remember in another thread that DD added these items to their menu years ago, but suddenly it is a problem for this guy who has held the franchise for a long time, IIRC.

Well there is the rub. DD is declining to renew his franchise as he is up for reenlistment.

Then DD should strip his franchise license.

I’d still vote with my feet, and never go in there with this kind of BS in place.

“Big deal, it’s his store, he can do what he wants, as long as he’s not violating his franchise agreement.”

That’s the point. DD says he’s in violation of the agreement. He can open up his own donut shop if he wants to modify the menu.

And he needs a rib shack to open next door to him. It can vent the smoker straight at his door.
