I don't really know. At one time I was under the impression that half or better of all taken there had been released, paroled or sent to their native country, but I have no idea if that background impression is correct.

IMO, their mindset and emotional maturity is closer to Neanderthal than modern man’s ability to reason via critical thinking & decision making skills.
Thus, their approach to life that is more like a pack of wild animals attacking things they do not understand or anything they feel threatened by.
