Congrats Perez, enjoy your title, answer for it on judgment day.
It seems to me that putting Perez in the (powerless) Presidency is a good thing. Now he can’t be in any policy making office! Good riddance!
So how are you doing over there? Do you expect that the war with Syria will start this month?
Actually the street rumor is that a possible start is the 9th of Av, the next week. I suspect Syria is not ready, but Hamas will jump the gun and screw up the plans.
I suspect the real war will start this sept/oct.
Does Israel shut down for 9th Av as it did for Yom Kippur?
Congrads Israel, you selected Peres for Pres. The only man who can make Olmert look good.
The 9th of Av..... ?
Pretty much shuts down, but what the Palestinians are saying on the streets is Israel always looses wars on the ninth of AV. They are also saying that the Israel issue will be settled within a month.
That pretty much points to the ninth of AV in a week and a bit.
