White House works with Congress on Iraq compromise

WASHINGTON (AFP) - The White House has begun exploring ways of offering the US Congress a compromise deal on Iraq that might involve greater decentralization of the country, The Los Angeles Times reported on its website Sunday.

Citing unnamed officials, the newspaper said President George W. Bush has authorized an internal policy review to find a plan that could satisfy opponents without sacrificing his top goals

Sorry unless your sources go on the record, your reporting is expected to be lies LA Times. We have been burned too many times by the Drive By Media on this sort of rumor reported as fact, to trust the DBM anymore.

I am wondering how September goes. This is going to be interesting how easy or hard the next money round is. The White House needs to begin selling the War again so that in September they will have the American Population behind it when the funding vote is due.
