president@whitehouse.gov Emails being returned as undeliverable this morning.

Perhaps Dubya is getting tired of hearing of what the peons/citizens are telling him about his Shamnesty Act of 2007. The comment@whitehouse.gov is also being returned as "undeliverable". Anyone else getting though?

Hello Tony Snow, yes or no, is there any truth to the following....

1. Awards Amnesty — Offers amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants.

2. A Favor to Mexico’s Government — Amnesty deal follows the U.S.-Mexico Social Security Totalization Agreement.

3. Cuts Border Security in Half — Last Congress, we promised the American people 700 miles of fence and today only two miles of that fence have been constructed. What’s even more troubling is that this new amnesty sellout is going to cut that border security promise in half to less than 400 miles of fence.

4. That’s Trillion with a “T” — Heritage Foundation President Robert Rector estimates the total cost of the bill to be in the trillions of dollars.

5. No Assimilation Required — There is no requirement that illegal immigrants know a word of English to get amnesty.

6. Fails to Address Anchor Babies — For a so-called ‘comprehensive’ fix, this legislation fails to address the major problem of illegal immigrants crossing our borders to have children that become automatic U.S. citizens.

7. Amnesty for Absconders and Gang Members — Bill gives amnesty to dangerous criminals and repeat offenders

8. Invites Fraud — Z Visas Invite Document Fraud and Create a False Sense of Security

9. Reduces Job Opportunities for Working Class Americans

10. The LARGEST Single Increase in the Government Welfare State in American History — Illegal immigrants will get Social Security numbers, which will in turn permit them to use entitlement programs available to law-abiding Americans.

I assume it’s like the utility company when new owners move in. Everything is disconnected from the old American owners and it takes time for the new Mexican squatters to get reconnected.

Suggestion: change the subject line to say something other than the obvious. They probably are employing a spam filter on key words that include “Immigration Bill” etc.

I have sent things with subject such as “Congratulations” then ripped into them in the email itself.

I haven't tried the White House, but I've been faxing senators and several of their faxes stay busy non-stop. Since all this started I haven't been able to get a fax through to:
Brownback
McCain
Chambliss
Lott
Warner

I tried to fax Senator Hutchison several times last week and finally got one three page fax to go thru. I also linked several FR threads on an email and told her staff to do some checking about the pulse of the people.

I just sent another email this morning. The local station KLBJ has the silky pony on the phone. He says the current Senate bill IS NOT amnesty.

He wants to make the US the leader on fighting global poverty - redistribution of wealth. Terrorists are up 40% since we started the WOT.

He is so STUPID.

He wants to make the US the leader on fighting global poverty - redistribution of wealth.

This is what is truly frightening. Meanwhile, the US industrial base is debauched by outsourcing the critical tasks that require massive amounts of machine tools and skilled labor...the very things necessary for our military defense capabilites...all being dissipated to China.

The Pentagon knows this is endangering us, but are powerless to openly oppose the policies of the import-lobbyist sell-outs in the Administration and Congress.

Just sent the following:

“I see our nation in as great a peril as the period prior to The War Between The States. Once again, wrong-headed democrats are leading the charge towards anarchy with an incessant cacophony of defeatism, appeasement and hatred. I praise you for your resoluteness in fighting terrorism. I may be the last person who whole heartedly agrees with the decision to remove Saddam Hussein and to continue on the offensive in Afghanistan.

Your accomplishments in guiding this country through these perilous times have been outstanding. That is why writing this letter is so painful. The Amnesty Bill you espouse and which Ted Kennedy sponsored is a travesty of American justice. There is a serious disconnect between Washington and the rest of America on this issue. You ignore the people at your own risk. Americans will not tolerate being preached to and denigrated by a ruling elite, who presume to tell us what is best for us. This is now the THIRD time we have pardoned lawbreakers entering this country – and each time the problem gets worse. Quite frankly, Mr. President, no one believes that this is any better than the two previous attempts to stop invaders.

PLEASE STOP SUPPORTING THE BILL IN ITS PRESENT FORM. If you really want “comprehensive reform”, seal the borders FIRST, and then we can talk about dealing with 12 million (or is it 20 or 25 million, who knows?) invaders and where we are going to come up with 2 TRILLION dollars to support them. Otherwise, this issue will rear its ugly head in 20 years and it will be Americans who will be booted out.

BTW, I am a first generation American, as is my wife. Our parents came here the old fashioned way – legally.”

Just got back the standard canned reply. Let’s no give up the fight.

I sent this:

Hi,

Did you know that you can build up your Presidency by vigorously enforcing existing laws against illegal immigration? Yes! There’s no need to pass new ineffective and costly laws! You can build up your Presidency, gain in the polls, improve the position of your Party, save taxpayer money, and leave a shining legacy simply by enforcing existing immigration and labor laws.

Just think, no more making unwholesome deals with Ted Kennedy and Harry Reid. No more hate mail from people that voted for you! And best of all no more costly new bills!

Drop by http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/browse and let us show you how!
