Radical criminals with questionable academic credentials flourish in a milieu that bristles with hostility toward real scholars who don’t toe the party line—witness the case of former Harvard President Lawrence Summers.

Individuals with prison records or FBI rap sheets don’t get into major educational institutions because they fudge their resumes.

They get in because they share the political dogmas of those who hire them—and they flourish for the same reason.

The tenure system is the problem. It is a way for kooks, cranks, and radicals to pack up and be safe from firing. The effect is to legitimize bogus disciplines like "Womens Studies" and "Prefered Subgroup Studies" and their radical Professors as a tumor on Universities.

The faculty at CU want Churchill to stay. Yes he's a fraud. Yes, he's lied extensively to get where he is. But he's their fraud. He's a spokesman for their politics. Nothing short of human sacrifice is gonna shake their support for him, because they're all tenured radicals themselves.
