Kid made a critical error. He attempted to reach for a Congressmans wallet.There is a classic DC/Beltway joke that goes:
A Congressman was out for a walk in DC when he was accosted by a mugger.
"Give me all your money!" said the mugger.
"You don't want to be doing this. You don't know who you're messing with. I'm a United States Congressman." said the Congressman.
"Well, in that case, give me back MY money!" replied the thief...
