If they think we are stupid enough to believe they will jump the hoops expected in this proposed legislation and if the govenment thinks that is possible, then I see no reason why mass deportations can’t take place. They seem to think they have the necessary tools to process the 12-20 million.

Well get with it. I’m sorry but I am not swayed. Yes those children belong with their parents but those parents belong in Mexico. The solution is send them all home to Mexico.
Remember Whitewater Hearings etc. Chertoff was counsel for the Republicans.. gee I wonder why the hearings went NOWHERE. But he got rewarded for his sham.

Well at least that would mean you are doing your job. You know the thing we the people expect you to do on our behalf. YOUR JOB! Of course these “teary-eyed” children could go with their mom and dad’s or had their mom and dad’s not broke the law entering our country in the first place it wouldn’t be a problem at all would it?

Children of illegal aliens should not be granted citizenship merely because their mothers managed to give birth to them in the US. Any reasonable immigration bill has to do something to close this loophole in current law.

In the absence of enforcement,we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens.
Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, I’m going to point out that the victim’s family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and they’ll all simply want to go back home.
What kind of parent would leave their children behind to be "teary-eyed"? I thought these invaders were "family-values" types. What's wrong with these illegal invaders taking their anchor babies with them?
I do try my best to be civil when discussing illegal immigration on this or any other forum but this statement is just infuriating to me ... WTF! We are talking about "illegal aliens", "criminals deport-able by law" they are not immigrants! WTF? Sorry for my indiscretions!
