Years ago, Ralph Nader conned the students at UMass to add a PIRG fee to their bills.
Any honest school administration would see this as a con job, and eliminate it. It got so far as to be a ballot question in MA. Then, some idiot judge let the PIRG people rewrite the question to make it as confusing as possible, so if you weren't prepared to understand the wording ahead of time, you were likely to vote to keep the ripping off students to give to Ralph Nader.

He was really nasty to the callers too. I don’t think he’d make it as a talk show host — you can disagree with callers, argue with them — but you don’t sneer at them and ridicule them unless you’re looking for a different line of work.
I heard Limbaugh read the story about the guy getting killed by his own car attempting to kill his girlfriend. "We're not supposed to laugh..."
My point is maybe Vince is worn out from his tour of stations. That's not to make excuses or defend him, though.
