I urge everyone to Google for Keith Henson stories and see for yourself how this case has unfolded. So you thought Dianetics/Scientology was just a cult that enjoyed the same brief vogue in the Sixties as every other cult? Over the years, this one has amassed great influence in Hollywood and now has special legal protection. Keith Henson has been convicted of picketing Scientology’s film studio in the California desert. It’s a truly scary story.

The name comes from the L4 and L5 Lagrangian points proposed as locations for the huge rotating space habitats that Dr. O'Neill envisioned. L4 and L5 are points of stable gravitational equilibrium located on the Moon's orbit at equal distances from both the Earth and the Moon.

Last time I checked, ignorance and stereotyping are not jailable offenses. In any event, Mr. Henson appears to be quite knowledgeable about this cult.

EFF Executive Director Shari Steele argued that Free speech was at stake in his case: "This trial seems intended to punish Mr. Henson for his opposition to a powerful organization using the barest thread of legal justification to do so."

This appears to be an accurate summation of this case.
