Cannon fodder, indeed. The plan to use our children has been in effect since the 1940's. I repeatedly point to the The Frankfurt School as the genesis for the current takeover of America from within, using indoctrination of our youth via our government education system, but sadly don't see much traction here.
Our current federal-union primary school system has got to be gutted.

I suspect that you are right, but as always, the Second Amendment seems to even things out, every time. I will now chase down the Frankfurt School and all it's related links.
Whenever I am discouraged about the state of affairs within the U.S., I can always take great comfort in the fact that we have the absolute, inalienable right to bear arms, to protect our property, and that our children are still our own. If the Commies came for the guns, there would be civil war, IMHO. Gun grabbing laws have been falling like dominoes this week, let's hope it is the dawn of global awareness. The right to bear arms is what keeps us from becoming the EU or worse. I shudder to think...

Still waiting myself...I haven't seen any of them as my young companion in the "belly of the beast" has not posted them yet. I am anxiously waiting to see them, I thought digital meant "right now" but I seem to be having a Kodak moment with regard to these pics! I am working on it though and will be happy to ping you to them.
My USMC came home from his third tour in Iraq the Monday night after the GOE, and he too wishes to see his old Mom out there fighting the hippies! He was hoping to accompany me to the rally, but given his mood at the moment, I'd say the hippies are lucky that he couldn't make it!!
One very surprising thing to me is that so few of his fellow Marines knew about the GOE. I want to get the pics and all the others here and send them over to our guys still there. Judging by my own son, those boys and gals would be so delighted to see them. Also, I now see the need to tackle my deficiency in the techno age. I will be unwrapping my Christmas Ipod for starters today. It has become so important to learn this stuff now, as we here back home begin to fight back against the MSM and the Commies. It must be chronicled.

Great post!
So glad your son is home!!
Looking forward to your ping whenever you're ready. I totally identify with so much of what you said about the need for technology savvy to counteract the moonbats. Newt Gingrich brought out this point solidly at his CPAC speech -- how badly the right needs to get totally networked. He is forming an organization with Tom DeLay to try to get that going.
