I was at a get together in Boston a couple of years ago where a Arabic Doctor was late because he was detained and questioned at the airport. I asked him if it bothered him
to be profiled like that. He looked at me like I was crazy.
"You think I want to get blown up any more than you do?" he said.
The Imams are threatening intimidation of complainers, pure and simple. If this passenger is sued, I hope a Defense fund is set up to which anyone can contribute. I think the Imams will see that they won't be able to intimidate the public as much as they think they can.
Countersue. Claim mental anguish, pain and suffering. Say you couldn't sleep for months after the traumatic experience of being frightened by the ragheads; you got a spasm in your back, you couldn't work, were throwing up from anxiety, had to see a therapist and get a prescription for anxiety meds and antidepressants. These people wrecked your peace of mind just by their behavior and you want to be compensated!
This is a clear case of "rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6".

It's never happened before when I've gotten in a fight....but there's always the first time. Just make sure you "feel threatened" and "scared for my life".... heck I may just wet myself.... that would really help the self defense story.
