My prediction for the '08 Election? Occasional cries of dismay, periodic hand-wringing, and rending of garments, increasing as it approaches.

Hello, can I buy you a clue?

The REPUBLICAN PARTY (RNC) will not support a CONSERVATIVE.

Follow the Money

Hello, I will buy you a clue.

The RNC is not supporting any of the GOP candidates running for the presidential nomination. The RNC money will not kick in until a candidate has won the nomination.

Put your big boy pants on and suck it up.

You have not been paying attention.

Conservatives have their pants pulled down and getting the green wiener while being told to stop complaining

So, big boys vote for RINO's ???

The "I don't vote any more" crowd put wackjob Liberals like Pelosi in power. The Republicans that sat out the last election helped to destroy our country to make their moronic point. At the same time, they helped stab our troops in the back. Give me a break!

So, with regard to the general state of conservatism as a political movement, would you rather we turn back the clock twenty or thirty years? Where were we then? Where were you?

Duh !!!

So you are 100 % sure when a conservative wins the first primary, the money will flow from the right places in DC?

Okey Dokey

I don't vote any more.

Who is John Galt?

If a NYC liberal wins the Republican primary, my husband and I are with you. We're out, too.
Maybe we'll take up bowling or something instead.

I see. My point is proven. Most of the time I do vote Republican. But, I also prefer to vote for a person and their leadership qualities. Not just the letter they put behind their name.

The school super I voted against was previously a Democrat, but changed his party, since he knew he would get more votes as a Republican.

You must be talking about some other man because you sure aren't acting like one.

So a man by your definition simply disregards his principles and votes for the candidate forced on you?

Thanks, I'd pass

...whoever wins the primaries will be supported by the RNC and should be supported by every good Conservative and Republican.

Keep believing that

BTW, I will vote for whoever runs against the liberal candidate, that doesn't mean I will support them.

You are right. The RNC won't kick in any money till the right candidate has groveled, pandered and crawled to them on their hands and knees in total supplication to... Heck, I don't even know what the platform is anymore. It's probably not conservative, though.
