Your comment is simply BS. I was outraged by Coulter's attention grabbing, self aggrandizing comments at the CPAC. She was not expressing her views, or support for any policies. She was making a cheap statement to grab headlines.
You wanna go that direction... WHICH DemoCrap HASN7T gone there?!

Sit back and watch how the left spins this ~ watch the left scream to have the general silenced. -------------------------------------------- Very good point (as they always spin things to their liking, ever freaking story)... 2nd Amendment? What's that... OHHH.... it's for the Dems to spew out their Utopia ideas... and anything else is a lie!

"I agree! Good thing he's armed, because the heterophobes will be after him now." I slipped over to the DUmp to see what they thought of this, boy oh boy did he stir up a hornets nest with his opinion, good for him for speaking his mind!

It didn't take long on this thread. FR seems to be full-up with liberals lately.

Excerpt: With Democrats in charge of Congress, Rep. Martin Meehan, D-Mass., has introduced legislation to reverse the military's ban on openly serving homosexuals.
Yep, Pace only commented on it, he doesn't seem to be taking his eyes off the big picture like some knee jerks would like us to think.

What becomes interesting now is:
o - Will Bush re-nominate him for a second two year term as Chairman?
o - If nominated will Congress change the law that allows him to serve as more than 6 years as Chairman& Vice-Chairman (Don't forget, Pace was Vice-Chairman for four years and Title 10 only allows for 6 years total)
o - If nominated, will he be confirmed?
o - If nominated will gays in the military become the new litmus test?
o - Has Pace decided that he's had enough and chose this method to NOT be re-nominated or reconfirmed?
o - Since Mrs. Bill Clinton already brought up the issue on the campaign trail, was this Pace's broadside against the broa.. her?
Inquiring minds want to know.

How can you think that homosexuals are immoral and that they don't belong in the Army and then allow them to serve if they keep their immorality secret? If they keep it secret then no one will know, thus they manage to serve.

Stuff like this reminds me of the Army beret issue a few years back. Officers were very unhappy with it, right up until the point that it changed. Suddenly, magically, every officer and senior NCO had a change of heart, and wouldn't voice a public word against the beret.
If General Pace is still in when the 'Don't ask don't tell' is dropped, he'll be singing a new tune about gays the very next day. I'll be like nothing ever happened.

Also:
The former Chairman (Shalikashvili) said gays should be able to serve openly.
Maybe Pace doesn't want a "once was" determining the policy.
Waddayathink?

Yes, and as regards men it is filth and bad for the rectum.

Islamists hate gays and will kill them. General Pace believes homosexuality is immoral. Huge difference.
Now, what makes General Pace a moron?

Good Morning dbehsman,
I think we both can agree that General Pace is a man who leads by example in words and actions. Anyone who professes that General Pace is a moron, must be looking at their own image in front of a mirror.
Homosexuality has no place in our military and or law enforcement at the municipal, county, state and federal level.
In closing, anyone who says that a it is normal for two men or two women to be allowed to marry is a complete fool and a (Communist
P.S. Bush could learn a great quantity from General Pace as to being a great leader. General Pace tells it like it is and will not sugar coat the verbage.
Respectfully,
