It has to be unanimous on all counts (although it could be G,NG,NG,NG,NG) otherwise they would be hung on at least one count and would have communicated that to the judge.
Brace yourselves, folks, this is going to be UGLY (not that it wasn't already)..... Fitzfong is going to be a hero to the deranged left and they will all be after Cheney more than ever. Fitzfong will try to put Libby in prison right away pending appeal, in order to up the pressure on Libby to cut a deal....... the psychotic left will be howling for more blood.
I would feel better if Kristinn was one of the jurors.

It was announced earlier that the jury come in today all dressed up. They must have known it was face the TV day.
Here's the funny thing: If Fitz is overturned on appeal, he'll look very bad in the legal community even though the Left will assert that Libby got off "on a technicality."
I can't wait for the interviews with the jury. No jury, after a high-profile case, ever looks smart when interviewed.

Not looking good for Scooter because the best I thought he could hope for was a hung jury coming in that it's a DC jury. I hope I'm wrong.

Why is FNC saying if Scooter is found guilty it will be a history making event? Haven't other VP or President's aides been found guilty of anything?
