Assuming the Imperials targetted the planet rather than the moon, but the Jupiter-sized planet didn’t blow up neatly like the first target did.
There is the interesting question of orbital mechanics about a moon suddenly orbiting a rapidly scattering group of sub-planet-sized rocks and molten lava....
What kind of rings around the moon, moon impacts, and odd-sized orbits results?
Just trying to get you to look at the “big” picture. ;^)
Does Rosie.... I mean Jabba the Hutt know?
5/30/77...Never Forget.
Everything changed after 1977.
It’s a post 1977 world.
:D
What gets me is that Darth Vader claims to be against the rebels, but he was actually bears the brunt of the responsibility for their rise in the first place. His policies directly led to the existence of the rebel robots, and there are credible claims that his family and the families of Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia have closer connections than the mainstream media is willing to divulge.
Long, long ago, in a galaxy far, far away, it was the first time fire melted steel.
Tin foil in a galaxy far far away ping
Everybody knows that the rebels are mothers and fathers like anyone else. Stop hating them!
