Well good then you can post all the Rudy pictures you want and make this a Rudy thread instead of a Duncan Hunter thread and then Duncan won't get any recognition at all. It will be all Rudy all the time. Is that what you do with all the threads? Make them Rudy threads? Is that what you want? Go ahead. Have fun. If you guys keep doing this then Duncan Hunter will disappear into the woodwork on FR faster than you can say GONE! There wont' be anything worth reading about him.

She sounds like she has some good qualities. I think Duncan made a good choice. It's hard to find a picture of her but I'm looking. Plus I"m looking for more info since this article didn't say much about her.

Well it may been the right answer. If the child is abused, taking the child out of the abusive situation is the first thing to do. Going back and taking the child to a known-safe place like with the rest of your family is also a good idea - and the illegal alien's family is in Mexico...

3 years ago my car got plowed into by a van full of illegal (I presume). When all van came to rest they all jumped out and
ran - leaving the van behind.
Honest - it was Like a Ringling Brothers circus routine.
I was left at the scene with a smashed ride - while the police
went off looking for the runners.

Absolutely! Maybe the child was being abused by the illegal's boyfriend or someone taking advantage of the woman's situation. The best advice would be to get back where she is a citizen & has family that can help her.
I'm sure she came to this country because there are more opportunities here. But it cannot be stressed enough - she must come LEGALLY!

Sorry Lize but you are wrong he didn't zing me he zinged himself. He made this a Rudy thread when it isn't. He screwed up a perfectly good Duncan Hunter thread and put Rudy in it. If that's the way you guys want to do it fine. Spoil it for every Duncan Hunter person by mentioning Rudy or putting Rudy pictures on it. I'm sure Rudy gets more publicity like that and Duncan gets none. Shame on you guys.

Illegal immigration is a consensus issue----one of the reasons amnesty has languished in Congress.
Lawmakers are hearing the SAME message from both sides of the aisle.
Hunter is on the right side of the issue and will garner support across the political spectrum.
Actually I am on the Duncan Hunter ping list because I am interested in the guy. I am also no the Newt Ping list and the Romney Ping list. But you guys really know how to turn a person off of A candidate. I have never said anything disparaging about Duncan Hunter on any of his threads but you guys are nasty suspicious and paranoid. And it shows!

THAT is the #1 problem with politicians and people. They don't follow the laws of this country when it comes to illegals.
It's a hit piece by the AP. Notice it quoted just a snippet. Nothing else about her qualifications, history, why she supports Hunter, nothing about what Hunter said at the press conference, nothing but typical AP silliness.

Rudy is pro gay civil unions, Hunter is opposed
Rudy is pro embryonic stem cell, Hunter is opposed
Rudy is supported Cuomo for NY Governor, Hunter supported Pataki
Rudy did not serve in the military, Hunter volunteered to fight in Vietnam
Rudy has voiced admiration for Slick Willie, Hunter was one of his staunchest foes.
Rudy has ZERO foreign policy experience, Hunter has been on the Armed Services committee for 20+ years.
Rudy did not support Impeaching slick willie, Hunter did.
Rudy received the NY Liberal Party endorsement for Mayor, Hunter receives ZERO ratings from liberal think tanks.
Rudy sued 20 gunmakers to put them out of business, Hunter authored the legislation to shield gunmakers from lawsuits.
Whoever claims Rudy is a conservative and the "right man" for the job, needs to look in the mirror and ask themselves if they are a conservative.
