A few people honked their horns as they drove by, but not everyone was inclined to support free speech. Before Sgt. Chamburs showed up, someone threw an egg at Kovach from a passing car, hitting his sign. But throwing the egg was someone exercising THEIR free speech. Dems throw pies at speakers and the like all the time and claim it is free speech. Some pies are made with eggs...so the drive by egger was simply shortcutting the pie process.
