WASHINGTON - U.S. Senator Barack Obama (D-IL) today introduced binding and comprehensive legislation that not only reverses the President's dangerous and ill-conceived escalation of the Iraq war, but also sets a new course for U.S. policy that can bring a responsible end to the war and bring our troops home. "Our troops have preformed brilliantly in Iraq, but no amount of American soldiers can solve the political differences at the heart of somebody else's civil war," Obama said. "That's why I have introduced a plan to not only stop the escalation of this war, but begin a phased redeployment that can pressure the Iraqis to finally reach a political settlement and reduce the violence."

Always remember, an anagram of the letters in Barack Hussein Obama reads A car bomb has a use in K. Now we just have to find out what K stands for!

Or even Wayne for that matter.
And I don't think much of the Palmer's and their willingness to negotiate with terrorists.
I see the parallel there though! Osama-Obama would gladly sell us out for his Muslim brethren.

Hussein should force-feed himself a big helping of STFU while his MSM honeymoon is still in force. I figure it won't be too much longer until those ears of his will become fodder for Leno and Jon Stewart, and then even his supporters won't even be able to stifle their giggles at the mention of his name.

If the American people want to surrender to the car bombers and beheaders, Obama is their man.
And along with surrender abroad, Obama would lower our defenses against terror here. He wants to close Guantanamo, end NSA eavesdropping of foreign terrorists, gut the Patriot, end renditions and extend "due process" rights to foreign terrorists. Incredibly, he would also end close vetting of Muslims seeking student visas here. He has said--November 2005--that such careful vetting by American consuls abroad amounts to "profiling" and violates the "civil liberties" of the foreign visa applicants. His pleasant demeanor masks a very dangerous man from the hate-America far left of the democratic party. A wolf in sheep's clothing. He belongs to a Chicago Church that has a web page characterizing America as a racist, imperialist country. In his first book, Obama said Americans abroad behaved with "arrogance and ignorance." It's all America's fault all the time. At a time of maximum national danger, one of our country's major parties is flirting with nominating a presidential candidate who does not love America, does not think her worth protecting. An appalling vista.

What the hell is Bush waiting for? Why didn't he send the whole 20,000 last week, or the week before? Why's he hanging this plan out like a target for every idiot traitor in America to shoot at?

Meanwhile, the Senate voted 81-0 to confirm General Patreus, who believes the additional troops are needed. There's a group I could compare Senators to but the Ladies of the Evening haven't warranted such an insult.

Now he's a military genius?
Interesting Obama tidbit.
Iis Darmawan, 63, Obama's kindergarten teacher, remembers him as an exceptionally tall and curly haired child who quickly picked up the local language and had sharp math skills. "He wrote an essay titled, 'I Want To Become President,'" the teacher said.
