This is losing steam.
We are going to have to go outside our comfort zone to get these numbers up.

1 Thanks for the link
2 It's understandable that this is losing steam, all things do. It's up to the likes of us to keep hammering Congress about this and ask them, for everyone who signed the Pledge how many voters and contributors are there out there who feel the same way, but don't sign online petitions.
3 "go outside our comfort zone to get these numbers up"
Expand on this if you would.

I heard this interview live. What an embarrassment our Republican leadership is.

We are nowhere near fixing what is wrong in our party.

Hugh asked Boehner why not put forth a resolution for victory? That would be the best political move, plus it is also the right thing to do.

GRRRR, this current crop of repubs are wimps.

"go outside our comfort zone" is short hand for asking people who may be middle of the road to sign the pledge. Talk to people who may not be 100% receptive, and see if you can get them to sign the pledge.

Hey, even if you can get Leftists to sign the pledge, fine with me. (sell them on the concept that if they think the NRSC is hurting itself by supporting the surge and the WOT, then more signatures will cause the NRSC to keep going in that direction)

I need emotional support.

I am getting so depressed at the number of people who do not see how important it is to support the war.

we need more signatures.

Here it is Feb 5, 9:36am and only
32,450 people have signed The Pledge thus far.

Is that all the support that there is??? This is sad. I expected there to be double this amount of support for the war effort out there.
The number of people signing the pledge, so we can get the attention of the GOP leadership, is falling off.

I believe there are additional posts on support for the pledge and the GWOT. The biggest is
