Actually, it's a new one for me.
Pretty good joke, but more to the point if the "Conservative" and "Reform" were interchanged. I believe the Conservative movement has been training female rabbis now for several years.

My understanding is that "Reform" and "Conservative" rabbis aren't allowed to perform normal weddings. Did an Orthodox rabbi perform the ceremony? Have the laws/regulations changed recently?
