• hillary-abhorrence ⁵ into a measurable-if-hold-your-nose-variety hillary-nod.

 

The purpose of the 30-million-dollar demagogic infusion was to create the illusion of a landslide in New York in '06, which would, (so the wishful thinking goes), create the illusion of national electability in '08, an absolute prerequisite to nomination for someone with a Q Score as wanting as missus clinton's. ⁶

Exactly, Mia. New Yorkers (and I am one) let the Clinton machine roll right in back in 2000 and like roaches, they are impossible to get rid of.
