Marin county... anywhere else I would be on the side of the residents, but I am glad these people are reaping what they sow.

How are four single-family homes going to increase traffic and lower property values?

This is truly rich ! Typical liberals, all for the poor as long as someone else foots the bill. Traffic !?, from four houses ?
It's like they have their designated words to apply to a variety of topics and that's all the level of thought required to win the argument.
"Vietnam", "Quagmire", "the Children", "Global Warming", "Hitler", "Traffic" and, the word du jour, "escalation", quite a narrow vocabulary for those so ostensibly well-educated.

How are four single-family homes going to increase traffic and lower property values?Because 'poor' people will be living in them. Can't have that, you know.
San Franciscans want to help the poor, you understand, but they want them to be somewhere else.

How are four single-family homes going to increase traffic and lower property values? The issue is density. It's only 16.5 acres.

Well it is Califlower so with 100++ illegals in each house, 30 or so dead cars in the front yead and BBQing pigs in the back yeard....things can go downhill pretty quick.
(For the mods, stuff houses in Phoenix have had over 100 folks inside)

Liberal hypocrisy. The Left is all in favor of building affordable housing for the downtrodden... as long as its not in their tony neighborhoods. Welcome to social justice, San Fransicko style.

How do you know these folks are liberals? Have you asked them?
Tiburon is pretty high end, and as such probably has fewer
socialists and hippies than the rest of Marin.
I wouldn't want a bunch of the unwashed in my neighborhood either. The cars on the lawn and graffiti would be unsightly.

Some of Tiburon is so steep that you might only be able to fit four houses on 16.5 acres.

Four houses are going to cause traffic congestion in Tiburon. Uh huh...
LOL...the hypocrisy of Marin types is quite rich!
I suppose we're all hypocrites in some regard, but in Marin, it's just so obvious.

If Bill Roberts wants to control what is developed on the 16.5 acres he should have bought them.
