If you look at the current structure...you can find another location...12 miles off the coast of any country...and plant the two concrete columns...with a 5,000 sq ft structure on the top...for less than $20 million. That would even include the solar cells and wind mill. This whole business is bogus and no fool is going to offer than $30 million max on this structure.
