She appealed to the Vermont Supreme Court, her attorney insisting that the disorderly persons charge could only stick if it were proven she intended to disrupt traffic.

It's reasonable to foresee that her actions would disrupt traffic. Send her to Tehran with her "Peace" sign and a ham sandwich.

I'm just a little old grandmother who has been really, really affected by the fact that my government is bombing children in Iraq.

Nonsense. Despite the fact that we are at war with a massive cultural and religious movement that wants to kill you personally, you really haven't been affected much by it at all. You were really, really affected by illegally blocking traffic and refusing to move when lawfully ordered to do so by the police.

Andrew Schoerke, 73, a retired U.S. Navy captain who was arrested with her.

*sigh*

I don't get it. She's a former public school teacher from Vermont... how exactly does this make her an unlikely peace activist?

The "STOP" part of her sign says: "STOP wasting time with dial-up".

WTH is that all about?

Jackowski was one of a dozen protesters arrested at a March 20, 2003 protest, staged within hours of the start of the United States' "shock and awe" bombing campaign in Iraq.

I wonder what her reaction was when the bombs began dropping on Afghanistan. Did she protest that too, or did she think public support was so huge that it was better to just STFU.

The liberal media portrays this skanks as "normal" in the hopes that they will be mistaken as examples of public opinion.

That's why you NEVER see the protests as sponsored by the Worker's World Party or Revolutionary Communist Party. Manny Fernadez of the Washington Post was a whore for these groups while he was there.

If our press weren't biased we would have no idea who this person is. If that biased press had not tried to overthrow the president, we would not have ever heard the name Cindy Sheehan.

Make no mistake. These people are nobodys. Only a sympathetic media tells them differently.

"Asked during booking whether she had any aliases, she replied: "Yes, I do. `Mom.'"

To police, it wasn't funny."

Maybe because it wasn't funny. Like she's the first "mom" to ever get booked. Get over yourself granny.

Doesn't the text on the stop sign read, "Stop wasting time with dial-up?" What's that all about?
