Any alien who wants to visit this great nation should have a fingerprint taken. More than one fingerprint if that's what is needed. A quick fingerprint scan when entering or leaving the USA is all that's needed to keep track of them
This is not rocket science (you said that)

Instead of our Gov., We could get a foreign company, say *Cintas from Spain*, to build the wall cheaper. They could charge a toll and intergrate the needed security systems. They would operate the wall for 75 yrs. and then it would be turned over to the states involved.

Assign Fed-Ex or UPS to the problem.

YUP, that'll give the terrorist plenty of time to develop and deploy nukes right here in the US. AAAAA YUP! I am going to go find a picture of a Jackass now.

The establishment wants open borders and free movement of people but since there's no consensus in the country for that right now they're stalling until there is. It's quite a gamble because if there's another terrorist attack their plans are dead in the water anyway.

I found a most fitting jackass picture.
I never thought of it that way, but you are probably right. I figure the Demorats want a vote and the Repubs want cheap labor. Hence, they don't want to fix the problem.
And now, I think you are right. They are stalling with hopes that it blows over.
Well, I am committed to not sending Republicans my money until my borders are fixed. North and South.
I'll vote Republican, but they need to get money from the guy who wants open borders. It won't come from me.

They'll be plenty of businesses to give them money. Not voting for them is more effective.

Typical government. A private firm can do this in a matter of weeks.

I hate to turn it over to the Commie Demorats though.

We just have to avoid voting for the open border RINOs. That means McCain, Hagel, Lindsey Graham and others.

That means McCain, Hagel, Lindsey Graham and others.
We have it covered where I reside. We have to get that message through to the voters in the above RINO's district.
I would like to get the message through in the Primary elections. Which includes the Presidential election.
