Well Mr. fr_freak I think the posted article is pretty concrete seems like free enterprise didn't stand a chance. You know until January the Repubs still control the Executive and the Legislative and the law passed killing this lower price milk was passed until this Congress and signed by this President.

I think it's been established that not all Republicans are particularly conservative. We've also argued quite a bit recently here on fr as to whether that's one of the reasons the Republicans lost their majority. Certainly the legislative action in question supports both of those points.

It's not free enterprise when the RATS are in power.
The first challenge to Hettinga came in late 2001, when Sen. Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.) proposed a measure that would have forced Hettinga to pay in to the pool that Shamrock was governed by.
