Dennis Miller: Gore had 'such a stick up his a--'
WorldNetDaily.com ^ | Dec. 6, 2006 | Joe Kovacs

Comedian Dennis Miller says Al Gore would be president today if he didn't have "such a stick up his a--" during the 2000 campaign against George W. Bush. ...

"I saw Al Gore's movie, and you know, I remember thinking as I watched it, I thought, 'God, if he was half this charming when he ran for president, he'd be president right now.' He had such a stick up his a-- when he ran for the presidency," Miller said.

I have to say I agree with Dennis Miller about 75% of the time. I saw that last night.

"I just don't think we control [the temperature] like we think we do," said Miller.

"Clean air, clean water, count me in, but some of these things are just crazy," he continued. "Alaska? I don't care about Alaska. To me, Alaska's ideal for our purposes. It's cold. It's set off from the main house. It's got a lot of goodies in it. It's like that old fridge you keep out in the garage. I think it's time to start hittin' it for some Jeno's pizza rolls 'cause the game is on.

It's amazing that Dennis Miller gets it better than most politicians do. Couldn't have said it better myself.

I LOL'd at that post. Dennis Miller is entertaining to me because he does not talk at a 6th grade level, hence the reason MNF fans didn't get his jokes and he lost his job.

Dennis Miller performed a superb analysis of Al Gore.

anal = obsessively self-controlled: in Freudian theory, relating to adult personality traits, for example, obsessive neatness, stubbornness, and frugality, that are considered to have originated during or be characteristic of the anal stage of development

lysis = destructive disruption of cells: the destruction of cells by disruption of the bounding membrane, allowing the cell contents to escape

Gore was in the position of simultaneously trying to tie himself to the legacy of the good that supposedly came out of the regime of the "Shan" (previously known as the "Former Occupant of the Oval Office, 1993-2001"), most of which could be attributed to the Republican Congress of those years, and distance himself at the same time from the obvious negatives that were pasted all over that same regime.

Those contortions would leave anybody looking lame.

And who knew he could keep on tarnishing himself with the phony recount in Florida?

"Robert Byrd, this guy stands there and lectures Bush in the well of the Senate. He was in the Ku Klux Klan! He's demented. You know this guy's burning the cross at both ends! And you know something, if Robert Byrd were your grandfather and he came to Thanksgiving dinner and went off one of these demented screeds, everybody would sit there smiling at him, and as soon as he left the room, somebody'd say, 'Hey, what the hell are we gonna do about grandpa?'"

All shots report hit!

Miller noted: "We've got to get tougher on everybody who's messing with kids. There's so many pedophiles in the world now. It's insane. Some people want to keep track of them by putting transmitters in them to keep tabs on them. You know what makes it even easier? Burials. OK? You don't even have to spring for the batteries."

Matt Lauer had a Gorebazim on the Today show this morning when interviewing Algore about his latest global warming film. Matt was adamant that Algore should throw his hat into the ring for the 2008 Presidential race. Matt had his climax when he insisted that Algore is perhaps the only one who possesses the insight and prestige to save the frigin' planet! Nothing like starting out the day with a good healthy GAG.

ALgore has all the charisma of a bored special education teacher explaining the finer points of toilet training to a class of retarded three year olds.

From a 2003 Dennis article....

"You know all the Democrats are going to hell in a handbasket. Now they got [California's] Nancy Pelosi. ... You ever see she has that pop-eyed look all the time? I always thought she might be hyper-thyroid, but then I heard her speak a couple times. She's stupid! The reason her eyes are so wide is that she's as shocked as we are that she made it that high!"

When I was a kid that used to be called being toilet trained too early, as that's what's supposed to produce the neurosis.
