The Dutch Public Prosecutor wants a ban on all seven chapters of the Hell's Angels in the Netherlands and has filed petitions with six district courts. The seven chapters are accused of forgery, handling stolen property, embezzlement and attempted fraud. The prosecution wants to bring civil proceedings against the Hell's Angels for these crimes. According to the PP, this is the first time the judiciary has attempted to ban the Hell's Angels in any country and the case could attract international attention.
