From my cocktail napkin calculation, made with dubious data, it could be argued that 100% of registered MA Republicans voted the Republican slate. If that's true, that's a pretty good core GOTV.
What doesn't kill us up here makes us stronger.
I prefer to think of MA as a training ground for Republican Shock Troops.
Well, we know he got more votes for the GOP than he did the RATS.

I know my 20 years of living in Massachusetts made me stronger and made me a Staunch Republican. You have my sympathies and well wishes to cope with the road before you.
I suspected you were a political refugee from MA by the detail of your loathing of MA elected officials (you left out Mumbles Menino BTW - Hire the Handicapped).
That, and the fact that your home page hasn't landed on a specific state yet.

Is old Mumbles still Mayor? I use to hate to have to hear him talk.
WRKO Howie Carr runs a web site with a collection of choice Mumbles audio clips. Howie's pronounced himself "Professor of Mumbonics" and translates Mumbles sound bites on the air for the rest of us.
Play the clips for your friends, they won't believe this guy is the mayor of a major city. I've lived here almost 10 years and I still can believe it.
Or play them for yourself, your mate, or kids, as a reminder of the reason you left or a reason not to return.
There is definitely something wrong with the natives here. I'm pretty sure it's not in the water, or I'd have been infected by now. It must be something they give to youngsters, because I came here as an adult and haven't caught it. Some environMENTAL factor introduced into the grade schools maybe.
