Kerry showed himself to be a world class goober. No amount of spin, no conglomeration of P/R agencies can ever remove the egg from his horses-assed face. The damage he did to his own political career will indeed "follow him to his grave." Listen long enough, and Democrats always show who they really are. Hey horse face - those were YOUR words - so "Shove it."

He will lie low for a while and then, when the heats off a little, he'll start going out of his way to make public statements that are wildly, almost absurdly complimentary of our troops at every opportunity. I don't think it will save his hopes to be a democrat player in the 2008 campaign, but he's going to give it the old college try. He loves himself way too much not to.
I can hardly wait to hear the hyperbolic (and transparent) praise that he's going to begin heaping on US soldiers every chance he gets. Does anyone doubt it?
