This may seem a bit 'obtuse' but IMO
Sandra Day O'Connor should be indicted as a Co-Conspirator - to wit:
So I say - indict the 'witch'. If it wasn't for her, late term abortions, especially in the 3rd trimester, would NOT be legal. She is complicit in this murder, period.

Only responding to you as the poster of the article. Not directed at the messenger:
We are horrified at this senseless murder of one child and somehow have become numb to the fact that since R v. W "we" (the Nation) have witnessed the murder of over 47,000,000 powerless people.
That is the really scary fact.

Very, very sad. This is one of, if not the, issue that determines how I vote. I will never vote for a Democrat. All the talk about how the Democrats have "found religion", is just garbage, as long as they continue to support abortion.

And like the good citizens of Germany during the Holocaust, the "unpleasantness" was left to the people in charge. If you don't vote against this outrage (and all the others), you ought to go to hell.
To: NYer
This is simply too terrible to talk about. I hope all involved burn in an especially hot portion of Hell!

Ms. Williams told police that she had watched her daughter moving and gasping for air for approximately five minutes. The warrant says that the staff began screaming that the baby was alive. Then, Ms. Belkis Gonzalez cut the umbilical cord, threw it into a red bag with black printing. Ms. Gonzalez then swept the baby, with her hands, into the same red bag along with the gauze used during the procedure.
God help us all.

I'm having an internal conflict with myself regarding who to vote for in the Illinois 13th Congressional race - Judy Biggert (R) or Joseph Shannon (D).
Judy Biggert (R) says she is Pro-Choice but not Pro-Abortion. Biggert is rated 30% by NARAL indicating a Pro-Life voting record.
Joseph Shannon (D) says he opposes abortion but says the issue is out of his hands as a congressman because Roe v. Wade is the law of the land. Shannon has no public record with regard to his stand on abortion.
If I vote for Shannon and this tips the balance of the U.S. House to the Donks haven't I just voted for abortion by voting against it?

Something being overlooked ...
"18-year old Sycloria Williams, told police that she had arrived at the facility July 20 for the second half of a late-term abortion."
The second half. The reason the baby was born in the recovery room is because of the "first half" of the procedure.
