That is absolutly incorrect.

All states have a state ID. Many states use the same equiptment and just have a regular ID in the same form as the DL.

Many people in the nursing homes and retirement communities of FL have such ID's.

Also you can go to the post office and obtain a passport. That CLEARLY id the person as a US Citizen.

Many states even allow for FREE IDs if poor.

ALSO ALL THE ID LAWS HAVE PROVISIONS FOR PROVISIONAL VOTING!! This means YOU take your mother to vote and YOU swear under oath she is the person on the list. He vote is taken and upon confirmation of her eligibility (and your ID) her vote is put in the pile to be counted.

There is ZERO legit reason to worry that any voter ID law will keep people from voting. NONE.

Some of these are legitimate concerns---my grandmother doesn't have a valid driver's license anymore, so if she was in one of those states, she might not be able to vote

BS. Take your grandmother down and get her a legal ID from the motor vehicle department. All states issue them. For a nominal fee she can get a picture ID. Not only that, she must have some sort of ID now in order to do business with banks etc.

Loser requirements, no checking for legal votes, and rampant neglect of the law would assist vote fraud far more than otherwise.

Looser requirements, you loser!

$15 for 5 years. If voting isn't worth that much to her, well...

Are you trying to say that a valid drivers license is the only acceptable form of ID for voting in your state?

Look, the blogs, the Net, Talk Radio ought to now from now on, just look at the Times and its parrots like the Globe, the Chronicle as Quislings in the media. For that is what they now have become. Like CNN, they do not want America to prevail if Pubs lead the way. They hate Christians, conservs and anyone who would stand against the secular humanist socialist pacifists that undergird them and their faves, the DNC. They ought to be shunned and any Pub who has a subscription to these Quislings, LA,SF,NY, et al should rethink that and drop their subscriptions post haste. There is no intellectual reason to keep these media outlets afloat. They have simply stopped all objectivity and that should be that for their undermining abilities.
