It's Tennessee??!? You need to read up on the history of the Volunteer State. From the East Tennessee Unionists to the present day, there's a lot of places in Tennessee that never bought into the Deep South Democratic racist pattern.

There are thousands and thousands of white women to are either married or have children by black men in Tennessee. No one here is going to believe that this ad is racist in any shape , form or fashion.
This is the funniest political ad I've seen in a long while. Anyone crying racism about it is either from the Northeast or has been around the Northeastern liberal plantation too long.
I played the ad for hubby when he arrived home from work. He has played it over and over again, laughing every time. That is saying something. He tries to avoid paying attention to this sort of thing because it distracts him from work. But he played this one over and over again because it is funny. Especially the part with the man who says, "Let Canada take care of North Ko-Ree-a . . . ." It's just funny!

I guess that I am here on an agenda of my own. However, I felt that maybe my outside, existential point of view may be of some relevance to this post.
I grew up in a multicultural household with both siblings and parents of diverse ethnicities. It was this un-colorblind upbringing that cultivated or cultured my reality. To be colorblind is to ignore the aesthetic display of a cultures beauty. Therefore, isn’t it more of a racist standpoint to be colorblind? Is it not the racists that usually hide behind a cloak of colorblind-ed-ness…?
I am proud to celebrate our society’s diversity; I do not shy away from it by using coy words like colorblind. I am not referring to you directly, this is more of a general question but; if you were of an ethnicity of a darker skin tone and felt that your skin color was beautiful; would you appreciate someone else telling you that they are colorblind and cannot or do not want to see your color.
That is how I understand the word colorblind and what I believe it to mean in its literal sense.
