He was the only possibility that could beat Hillary, and I thought his candidacy could take him to the White house in '08.
Now, we have a excellent chance of retaining the White House.
Which probably means we will lose everything else, however. The voters are definitely inclined to split the power up, as I see it. The MSM has been successful in making a war political.
Not to mention the Republican party is shot to pieces, and Humpty Dumpty is not going to put himself back together in time. Even I have issues.....big issues with the BS the party has been doing, from the dumpster diving to this recent gambling nonsense.
They are done. I will probably split a ticket this year, and I have not done that for some twenty years.
