Hmmm... Photo ID's were required from voters in the recent local elections AND in the Primaries. Oh, well...Alaska is so far behind the times they still use paper ballots... < /s>
The Justice Department needs to open up a serious investigation of these creeps like they would any other organized crime outfit.
LOL... you must have been to DU recently. They're practically begging Soros to buy Diebold.
The Indiana Attorney General Challenged Dean to come up with PROOF of anyone being denied the right to vote in Indiana by being required to show ID....
To Date, We've heard NOTHING from him...
ACORN:
Celebrated actor and comedienne Roseanne Barr will host 7 Days @ Minimum Wage, an Oct 23-30 video blog event sponsored ACORN and the AFL-CIO in support of minimum wage ballot initiatives in six states.
Barr was introduced to ACORN members by filmmaker Michael Moore in 2004 during a successful campaign.

Looks like they're at least trying to catch them before election day rather than waiting till after the polls are closed and votes tallied.
Signed up to work the polls here again.
Are You Ready for Some Voter Fraud?
By John W. Lillpop
With mid-term elections less than 30 days away, Democrat strategists are reportedly set to unleash a massive "get out the vote" campaign in order to tip the scales to the extreme left.
Howard Dean and associates at the Democratic National Committee (DNC) are supposedly convinced that both the House and the Senate can be theirs by simply focusing on three important voting blocs known to be treasure coves for liberals in previous elections.
The three voting groups that Democrats are counting on to win next month are:
* The dead
* Illegal aliens, and
* Convicted felons
It is technically unlawful for votes to be cast by, or on behalf of, any person in any of these three categories. However, Democrat lawyers claim that laws that ban voting by the dead, convicted felons, and illegal aliens are discriminatory and unconstitutional, and can be ignored with impunity.
The same Democrat lawyers point to the precedent established in 1960 when Democrat John F. Kennedy defeated Republican Richard Nixon for the U.S. presidency because of the unusually high turnout among dead voters in Illinois. Chicago Mayor Richard Daley was credited with orchestrating what was essentially a bloodless coup.
In another example of blatant voter fraud, Democrat Loretta Sanchez defeated long-term Republican incumbent Republican Bob Dornan in California's 46th congressional district in 1996. Dornan's loss was the result of votes cast for Sanchez by Latino illegal aliens.
With respect to felons, Democrats have long been in favor of making such individuals eligible to vote.
Then there is the case of William Jefferson Clinton. This corrupt Democrat was impeached in 1998, subsequently disbarred by the Arkansas bar, and banned from arguing before the United States Supreme Court because of perjury and obstruction of justice.
Despite his troubling "rap sheet," Clinton apparently voted for Democrats in 2000 and 2004.
Voter fraud--without it, Democrats can not win!

California ACORN members are shown supporting AB1169, the bill to increase the time renters have to vacate after a no-fault eviction notice is issued.
Here too, but I am assigned to a poll where voter fraud is unlikely.
GOT ZERO PROBLEM WITH A NATIONAL ID (just so long is that it`s in English)
"Don't worry. We own the voting machines."
Somebody have Rove get on the phone to Diebold.
Just across the river in St Clair County IL we did prosecute "some" of the offenders from 2004. Everyone who lives here knows full well that Dems pay people to vote, register dead people and pets, and "lose" certain ballots. When the indictments came down on the fraud, everyone was just "shocked" that this could happen. All the DEM politician "couldn't believe" there would be voter fraud. But ask any guy on the street here and they know it's going on and there's not much we can do.
If we need to prove our identity to get a driver's license, to buy alcohol or cigarettes, why do we not need the same standards for voting? It's very simple. If we make people prove who they are, they can only vote once and they actually have to vote for the ballot to count. If voter fraud were non-existent across this country, the DEMs would lose everything outside of urban areas where people only care about what free stuff they get.
For those of you who do not know, St Clair County, along with Madison County (dubbed Judicial Hellhole) are controlled from top to bottom by lawyers and democrats. The courts are run by Judges who can openly accept contributions from Lawyers who appear before them. Not to mention, there is a HUGH cocaine problem amongst many of the Lawyers AND judges. This place needs alot of help or should be sold off to Canada.
Here's the source...it was a bit of an obscure reference, but this kind of thing doesn't get a lot of coverage in the MSM....
Pretty simple. In some states you can get a Drivers License without proving you're a citizen.
And I think driving a car is less of a privilege of living in this country that being allowed to vote in our elections.
Why should the standard be any less than getting an American passport?
