There was no soundtrack, the newspaper said. It quoted an unnamed U.S. source as saying that attempts to lip read the tape to transcribe the content had been unsuccessful.
Our intelligence services have just been handed a gold mine; since the version of the tape held by the newspaper has no audio track, and since attempts to "lip read" what Atta was saying failed, all we need to do is mount a little disinformation campaign by genning up a faux audio track to go with the video, then leak the "complete" tape to a media source that will dutifully play it for the world to hear.

OPINION: Interesting...the delivery of the tape and the timing could be even more interesting than the message itself.

Here's the thing, Atta's roommate in Florida crashed his small aircraft into a small twin-engined airplane on September 11, 2000. Two Thousand. Not 2001. Oh, and the year before, a man flew an aircraft into the White House lawn late on the evening of 9/11/1999.
Al Qaeda tried to hit us on 1/1/2000 at LAX, but a single alert fed stopped them, by sheer luck.

That must be wrong. In January 2000 Clinton was President, not Bush. It has to be wrong.
If we had a truly patriotic media, they would take this new tape and edit it into graphic video of the WTC jumpers, video of Palestinians dancing in the streets, and video of Daniel Pearl's death, as propaganda to drive Americans to rage and demand an even greater and more brutal war against terror.

Ok, I've never read that before, so I dropped everything to research it.
"Atta" means self, oneself, innersoul, self's soul, innerbeing, one's state of being, and may be a certain term of endearment or specialness for a father, and may be a type of flour. That's it.
If you have a url pointing to "atta" means "twin" could you please post it?
