I thought what we wanted was a more compassionate war on terror, more UN resolutions, Hillary-Care socialized medicine, Kyoto restrictions on CO2, and two more terms of Bill Clinton as president. Or so the press would have us believe.

I know. Now it appears that they've added "Bush's" before Wiretapping Bill in the title. Of course, they don't want to get things right.

"WASHINGTON - The House approved a bill Thursday giving legal status to President Bush's warrantless wiretapping program with restrictions." I'd like to see a summary of the language of the bill. If they screwed up we all may have to get 'throw away' cell phones for making plans for who's bringing the beer for Sunday tailgate football parties lol.

Liberal Idiot Judge Taylor gave President Bush 1 week to shut down the program so I really hope they can get something passed quick or the appeals court will put it in high gear.

"crAP Press" says that leaders from both parties agree that the language between the House and Senate versions are too different to be worked out by the Nov. 7th elections.
I hope they can get this done...I want a "security trifecta" that the Dems can shove where the sun don't shine. Happy campainin', you "coddlers of terror"

What we want is a car in the pot and TWO CHICKENS IN EVERY GARAGE!!! LOL
but if the pubbies were to bring back the "a chicken in every pot" and a car in every garage - Pelosi et all would fast be saying: "No. NO. What we want is a car in the pot and TWO CHICKENS..."
Totally apposing anything Bush or the pubbies say is becoming such an automatic knee-jerk reaction, I don't think they even stop to think what they're actually saying
