Experts agree Bin Laden is either in Pakistan or Afghanistan dead or alive...LOL!

Given the funds that Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf has now looted from the Pakistani treasury, why is he so intent on selling this book, including degrading himself so much that he was Jon Stewart last night.
Something weird is up.
Maybe we will need that military cooperation treaty with India after all.

Ouch, another one.
But really, the most vivid memory I have of you guys was at the Hauf Brau House at Oktoberfest in Munich. The Aussies and the Kiwi's were the rowdiest ones there. It was great partying with them.

There is something going on along that border.. its become very quiet in that area.
I got a hunch..

"We have set a good intelligence organisation. We have moved some army elements."
I'm impress.

That's not entirely true. The Taliban and many elements of Al Queda have strong ties to the Pakis. Pakistan will always be a hotbead of radical Islam.

what's going to happen with this "peace agreement" between Mushie and the Paks? I can't believe we are simply going to allow endless Taliban stagings in Pakistan, coming across to Afghanistan - its would mean an endless committment by the US and NATO.
I think after the election, there are going to be some limited air strikes on the Pak side of that border.

I'm shocked! How could you suggest Aussies would ever involve ourselves in a bar fight...? :-)

You misunderstood....we have stroke Pakistan since 9/11 made them feel important. by bestowing on them ALLIED nation status...now once OBL has passed from the world stage...you think we will still be propping them up?
Our future as a nation is tied to India...not Pakistan.

I don't disagree, but I do think any future administration is going to remain on an "Allied" status with Pakistan.
