"Who wants to spend years in court and thousands of $ challenging a state law that shouldn't be there in the first place?"

No one does. And really no one should have too. But that's the way our legal system works. In order to have an unconstitutional law removed, someone has to stand up to it and show harm.

We are a law-abiding nation. If one doesn't like the law, go to court or have Congress amend it.

I think the liberals who hate God have already shown they care nothing for the law or the Constitution. They allow black liberal churches to do and say anything political that they wish to do. Almost every black leader has the title of Reverand before his name as he practices politics at every waking moment.

The ACLU and other liberal hacks only try to apply the law when they feel that an opinion in opposition to their leftist opinion is voiced.

This enourmously hypocritical application of the law by liberals only shows that they are the real law breakers who hate the law, and especially the Constitution.
