Another "bad news" poll posted by you? This really is becoming a pattern. It's almost like you're hoping to depress the Republican vote or something...

Hey, if Oklahoman Repubs want to eat their own, throw in the towel and give it to a JACKASS....more power to them.

I'm just working with what we have to defeat another (commie) DUmocrat. Sowing the seeds of discontent helps the DUmocrats, and I still have yet to see anyone here point out issues or a record.

Side bet? How about a large Snickers bar that neither the Senate(R) or House(R) show a gain?????

J.C. Watts is a distant memory in Oklahoma. He's got less name cred then Istook does.

do me a favor hayseed. While you're out and about one day take a pad and pen along with you. Write No on one column and Yes on the other. Ask 20 people who JC Watts is, and count the number of "I don't knows" as No and the "He was the OU quarterback/he was an Oklahoma representative" as yes. I would almost bet the no's outnumber the yes's. But, personally, I would vote for JC long before voting for Istook.

Silly me I thought I would just send/receive cash for gedunk size Snicker bar. I suspect it will bb of the proper consistency when I receive it...so OK.

The Bet:

I postulate the pubbies will gain seats in both houses.

You postulate the same or lessor number of pubbie seats.

Winner gets Snicker Bar.

Correct?

Cry Havoc and Loose the Dogs of WAR! Let the elections begin.
