Fear Factor (writers of "I Hate Ann Coulter" book won't reveal names, "for their safety")

THERE'S a good reason why the four authors of the upcoming book "I Hate Ann Coulter!" are remaining anonymous - they're afraid for their safety. "None of us want our real names in the hands of gun-toting, abortion clinic-bombing, self-proclaimed 'wing nuts,' who follow Coulter," one of the scribes tells us.

Liberal Cowards. They can dish it out but they can't take it!

Hmm, or maybe it's because the authors are Hillary, Al Franken, Harry Reid and Michael Moore, and they couldn't agree on whose name would go first?
To: churchillbuff
If journalists are to be trusted with their "sources" over this, can it only be a matter of time before their names are out? It could also be a PR stunt to jumpstart sales.

Of course they hate Ann Coulter, she tells the truth and cites all her sources.

Nah....here's their sources right here:
Why are they afraid of Ann Coulter? Just 'cuz she's smarter and faster with the comebacks than they are?
To: churchillbuff
They are the ones who attempt to throw stuff at her - even if it were pies - and then complain that someone may come after them. Reminds me of Islam.

It's only the second time in Simon & Schuster's history that an author's identity has been kept secret, the first being, "Go Ask Alice," a teen drug addict's diary, published in 1971.
It might be the same authoress!

remember the program that people editors ran to discover that Joel Klein wrote primary colors? Couldn't we do the same thing in this case? That would be more fun than anything.

Ann has the guts to stand by her statements. She writes books under her own name. None of these shivering cowards has the guts to do the same because they know that their BS doesn't hold water. All cowardly liberals can do is name call then run away. What a bunch of weasels.

A friend of mine he's a Colombian politician in a small town- receives frequent death threats. Last year he denounced the paramilitaries for skimming a percentage off public contracts, and theres a strong chance that he'll now be murdered (they've already tried once). He thinks they might try to abduct him.I'm going to order him a copy of On Becoming Fearless by Arianna Huffington, in the hope that it will inspire him as much as it has inspired American women. It isn't easy being a multi-millionaire in California, and Arianna has shown real courage in standing up against the detentions and disappearances that go on in Beverly Hills, not to mention the gossip columnists, intimidated by the idea of a strong, independent woman.
To: churchillbuff
It's pretty funny. Their target - a girl - is not afraid to say "invade their countries, kill their leaders, and convert them to Christianity" - this to a group with a proven record of murderous vengeance - while these "authors" go into hiding from... what?

To: churchillbuff
Okay, how many left winger writers or politicians in this country have been killed by conservatives? I don't remember a single case.
True, anything is possible. But if some nutcase killed Michael Moore, the reaction on Free Republic would be universal condemnation of the attacker. Most would probably support the death penalty as well.
In fairness, I can't think of a single conservative politician or writer who was killed by liberals except for the Unabomber's killings.
There's only one group in this country that has made a habit out of murdering people for their ideas. Who killed Malcolm X and Maier Kahane? Why, the good old religion of peace!

LOOK at the titles of liberal books...full of hate..."Stupid White Men", "Rush Limbaugh is a big fat idiot...", "I Hate Ann Coulter"...etc.
I encourage the liberals to continue this trend. The average voter will see their attitude and reject it. :)
To: goldstategop
Meanwhile, compare this to Coulter's latest book Godless: The Church of Liberalism or Michelle Malkin's book Unhinged: Exposing Democrats Gone Wild, which does name LOTS of totally looney Left people.
To: churchillbuff
Pfft. Just another marketing ploy. Big deal. The titans of tolerance write a book on why they HATE Ann Coulter and they miss the irony entirely. Stunning.

So many thoughts come to mind:
1) Ann will use her own bully pulpit to take care of the cowards herself!
2) There goes all that publicity (and dough!) they could garner from personal appearances
3) ... but wait! A NEW MSM technique is about to be born! The anonymous bomb-thrower who is then afforded "personal" appearances, under disguise, on TV!
4) ... resulting in a free-for-all that will cause the MSM to lose what little credibility they have left.
I say... BRING IT ON!!!
To: churchillbuff

Liberals writing a book to trash Ann Coulter and refusing to be recognized for the work? Shame on the publisher and shame on the spineless creatures. They demonstrate exactly what some folks say about liberals. Weak and spineless.
Coulter has more spine than a collection of 1000 liberals.
Democrats hiring nameless hitmen to go after Coulter is almost funny. The names will come out. Any bets on who they are?
To: churchillbuff
Ann Coulter gets more death threats before breakfast than any collection of a thousand moonbats would get over their entire lifetimes.

Courage is not the absense of fear but rather the judgement that something else is more important than fear.
That said, the authors do not believe in their book enough to get over their sissy misguided fear. Therefore, the book should be roundly ignored.

It'll never happen.
a.) The job would require too many knives, and too many stabs, or:
b.) Too many armor piercing bullets to penetrate all that blubber.
Yes I know, Moore has allegedly lost some weight recently, but that's BODY weight, he remains an ignorant, lying FAThead.
