Kerry calls for Dems to rally around pulling troops out of Iraq

BOSTON —Sen. John Kerry is calling on Democrats to rally around his plan to pull U.S. combat troops out of Iraq by next July and redeploy some to Afghanistan.

The Massachusetts Democrat gave a speech this morning at Boston’s Faneuil Hall.

On the eve of Congressional mid-term elections, Kerry says Democrats must propose a new direction to defeat terrorism.

He said Bush “pretends again and again” that Iraq is the central front on the war on terror, but Kerry said it isn’t and “never has been.”

Kerry says the military commitment in Iraq weakens the United States’ ability to respond to threats in Iran and Afghanistan.

Okay, so now John Skeery is sabre-rattling for military action in IRAN?

What will he think of next?

"Rally round surrender boys and girls!"

He not only looks French - he acts like it too.

I'd heard this rumor that John Kerry served in Vietnam, is this true?

It used to be, "If we all work together, we can win this war."

Now, it's "If we all work together, we can run away, say we won, and make the President look bad!"

During WWII, people like Kerry would have been called traitors. During the Civil war, he would have been imprisoned, and quite possibly hanged or shot.

Mark

"Cut and Run!"

The rallying cry of the American Left.

John F'in Kerry remains traumatized after witnessing all those hideous war crimes reminiscent of Ghenghis Khaaaaan (pronounced the way Kirk pronounced it in Star Trek II but minus the loud volume and gravitas). P*ss on that lying traitor.

Has he asked about the logistics train to Afghanistan? How many more troops would it support/ What are these troops going to do? Walk around the mountains with picture cards of Bin Laden. Why wouldn't our NATO allies pull out if the US is going to make their contribution look paltry?

Try again John. Maybe when the war is over you can tell your grandkids you were on the front lines. "I have this hat, you see, given to me by the guy who bagged Osama".

" redeploy some to Afghanistan"

What a politically and climatologically idiotic theme.

In a month the Afghan fighting will die down for the winter.
By November Afghanistan will be idyllically peaceful... and Dems will be screaming to send more troops there?

P*ss on that lying traitor. I'll second that. What a complete freaking butt-wipe of a human being. Normally I try to post something thoughtful, without a vulgarity. Kerry doesn't deserve thought. Nothing I say can be as vulgar as him.

My DREAM is that somehow the R's hold everything just to make people like him crazy. Charlie Rangle d-Harlem said he'd leave the house if the R's win. Man that's motivation.

In the immortal words of Big John McCarthy of the octagon fame "lets get it on". I'm sick of lying leftist scum. I don't want them in our country any more. How do we get rid of them. Which states can we politically cleanse first?
