Persians used to be builders and now they are destroyers.

Any idiot with a hammer and a crowbar can destroy. It takes planning, effort, work, and perseverance to build.

Actually, it was the Persians, more important, it was 2 Persian Kings who showed kindness and compassion to the Jews: King Cyrus, and King Artaxerxes.
From eastern Mesopotamia (modern Iran), the Persian king Cyrus the Great (d. 530 BC) swept upon Babylon, conquering it in 539 B.C. Cyrus freed the Jews in exile there, who returned to Palestine.
The Persian King Artaxerxes supported the efforts of the Jews under Ezra and Nehemiah to rebuild their Temple in Jerusalem.

"Persians used to be builders and now they are destroyers."
They are trying to redeem their former reputation...by building nuclear bombs.
