Al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden and the left have become virtually synonymous in their talking points and propaganda they do spouting the same thing word for word within days of each other. My favorite story regarding these types of shenanigans was back in WW2, when the Japanese lifted a scene from Abbott & Costello's first starring role, Buck Privates.

Folks who remember the film might recall a scene where Lou is a hapless Private and having a difficult time learning some drills, and having a hard time with his rifle & with the exercises.

The Japanese lifted this scene for propaganda purposes, trying to show the ineptness of the American army! Evidently it proved very popular with the guys in the Japanese military, as they enjoyed quite a repeated laugh at the footage of the comically bad American GI's training!

Then a few years later, we dropped two nukes on them and they lost the war.
