Eat all the Lutfisk you like!

A strict diet of lutefisk would be one heck of a weight loss regimen, imho.

Yep that's all well-known stuff. The only possible inaccuracy is that I didn't mention that you lose sodium and some other minerals when you perspire and that messes you up in freaky ways -- seizures, etc. That might actually be the mechanism that kills you, not the loss of water itself.

BTW, a pint of water is about a pound. The old cartoon of somebody sitting in a sauna to sweat the pounds off is misleading. As soon as you feel thirsty and drink some water, the weight comes right back.

Rummaging around for "weight loss" + "perspiration" + "pint" will give you a lot of info.

Okay. No offense, but you don't know what I'm talking about.
